摘要:
进入模式的选择是企业维持竞争优势的重要战略决策,影响了企业在投资当地的溢出效应、利润率、市场结构及各利益相关者行为。针对国内外文献研究的缺憾,由竞争情报的角度诠释了影响进入模式选择的企业规模、企业技术知识、企业跨区域投资经验、合作双方的文化距离以及东道地市场竞争程度五个因素,以此为基础构建群组AHP模型,并给予实例分析。
